2. Choose cash or financing.
3. Under the Property Reference ID, enter the reference number, address, or parcel number of the property you are buying (leave blank if unsure).
4. Attach/upload a photo or scan of a state issued identification card.
5. If you are financing, you must upload a copy/scan of a valid social security card.
6. A sales rep will reach out within one business day to confirm the information and send you the closing documents to review.
7. Once the closing documents are signed and all outstanding invoices are paid, we will submit the documents to the county to record the transfer and this should take no longer than 3 business days.
