How does purchasing a property from your site work?

For Cash Sales, we accept certified checks, wire transfers and money orders.  An executed copy of the deed will be expedited to the county for final processing within 5 business days of receipt of your payment.  An email copy of the deed will be sent during this time. 

For Owner Financing, initial payments are required to be made via certified check, wire transfer or money order.  Once your initial payment has cleared, we will prepare a finance package within 5 business days.  In the package, we will ask you to sign and return the Finance Purchase Agreement and related documents.  We will also ask you to set up an automated subscription billed monthly using ACHs. When the terms of your Finance Purchase Agreement have been satisfied, we will prepare your deed.

Are their any hidden fees when buying land from you?

There are 0 hidden fee’s, we handle the everything in house unless you choose to use your own title company for closing, that expense would be on you.
